Vision Statement

“Support Network at Penn National is a non-profit charitable entity organized to provide services to its members that will significantly improve the quality of their life and allow them to age with grace. SNaP services will be made available to financially disadvantaged members at reduced fees and to non-member residents at no cost when circumstances dictate. Our strength lies in the use of community volunteers and in negotiated contracts with fee-for-service providers. It is the intent of this organization to develop and implement a model of service delivery to a very specific group of residents which can be utilized as a guide for other communities with similar needs.”

“The Support Network at Penn National is a membership organization of Penn National residents who seek to sustain the quality of their lives during the process of aging, especially during illness or life-changing events, through resources and services that will enable them to continue to reside in the home of their choice.”
