Support Network at Penn National

SNaP annual membership fees are per household, as follows:

Household Membership	$250.00
Individual Membership	$200.00
Supported Membership	$150.00	Full participation at a reduced rate for residents of moderate means—you may check with the Executive Director to determine if you qualify.

Membership entitles each person in the household to a number of activities and services free of charge. However, some services will incur an additional cost: for instance the use of a Preferred Provider; or if materials must be purchased for a task performed by a home maintenance volunteer.

A year's membership might make an excellent gift for a friend or loved one; or consider making a contribution to SNaP in honor of someone. SNaP is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization, so contributions are welcome and tax-deductible.
