The Support Network at Penn National (SNaP) is an innovative nonprofit charitable organization founded by residents of Penn National. Our mission is to provide services and information to our members through a combination of education, self-help, involvement of volunteers, and access to an extensive network of preferred providers; all of which will significantly improve their quality of life and allow them to live independently for a long time in their homes and in the community they love.
It's a purpose worth pursuing.
